Joseph responded that this monument was at the entrance of the Jewish cemetery. I know that Trebic (the city in which this is found) is famous for its Jewish quarter - which is one of the biggest tourist attractions in the city. I am sure that it has powerful historical significance. I will let you know if I find anything further!
I am curious about the significance of this monument, either historically, or to Joseph.
